The crossbody bag is handmade by a cooperative of female artisans of Yanesha, a small Palcazu pueblo in Oxapampa. This is where the highlands meet the rainforest in Peru and where beautiful artisan traditions meet modern handbag design. The canvas bag is made from local rainforest cotton and hand-dyed with colors from natural plants, seeds and berries of the local area. Then a beautiful design is handpainted across one side of the foldover bag. 

The crossbody bag comes with an adjustable length black strap-- you can choose if you would like animal-friendly or leather. It has a zipper close. 

It measures approximately 9.5" x 8". Measurements may vary slightly from bag to handmade bag.
